Lots of excellent, if dark, reading lately:
- On Child Brides in the United States. So sad.
- On the fear of mortality/the things some will do to stay young. Ugh.
- On cosmetic surgery – the during.
- On the side effects of birth control.
- And, lastly – a long form story about domestic abuse among the privileged.
Hm. Sometimes it seems like it’s going to take a lot more work to make this place beautiful.
